Call for Abstracts

Deadline: December 28, 2020

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF ABSTRACTS​

Abstracts can be submitted for either 

a) Symposium (in order to submit a symposium please submit the abstracts of the symposium individually and indicate on the online link the name of the symposium coordinator)

b) Oral

c) Poster

 

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed for acceptance based on scientific merit. 

 

Inclusion of abstracts in the scientific program is dependent on payment of registration fees at least one month prior to registration.

When submitting your abstract please make sure to select one of the following conference themes:

1) Immigration

2) Multiculturalism

3) Mental Health in Zones of Conflicts and Trauma

4) Translating Clinical Guidelines to Person Centered Care

5) Other

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • Abstracts must be submitted via the above online link.

  • All abstracts must be submitted in English.

  • The names and affiliations of ALL authors should be included in the abstract, i.e. department, institution, city, country.

  • Abstracts should be no longer than 400 words, not including the title, author names and affiliations.

  • If submitting more than one abstract, each abstract must be uploaded separately.

 

ABSTRACT EDITING

Once you have submitted your abstract you can edit the document/authors/affiliations etc. by logging in again.

 

ABSTRACT STATUS

You can check the status of abstracts submitted by logging in. Click on the abstract tab to track the review process. 
Once your abstract has been reviewed you will also receive an email notification.
